GENERAL TERMS✦ Please do not ask me to lower my prices or ask for different payment methods
✦ I don't accept rush commissions yet
✦ I may decline a commission if it's beyond my capability or if I'm uncomfortable to do it.
✦ I may use the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes . This does not apply if the privacy fee is purchased.TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)✦ Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on my schedule and workload. I will provide updates during the process and inform you if there are any delays.PAYMENT TERMS✦ Payment method is Wise( can be wise via gcash) or Gcash local. Sorry I can't use paypal anymore.
✦ 50% down payment after sketch is done and approved then pay the remaining 50% after the finished piece
✦ The final artwork will be sent with a large watermark for preview and a clean version will only be sent once full payment is completed. ( just a protection step before full payment to avoid unpaid use, I've been scammed before, I learned my lesson lol )REGARDING TO REFUNDS & CANCELLATION✦ Cancellation is only allowed before the sketch has started or before any payment is made. Once sketching has begun or payment has been received, no refunds will be issued so please be really sure before commissioning me.By commissioning me, you agree that once I start working or payment is made, the commission is non-refundable.✦ Chargebacks are not allowed. If a chargeback is made, all usage rights will be revoked and action may be taken.REVISIONS✦ Revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage.
✦ A maximum of 3 free revisions is included.
✦ Additional revisions will cost a +5% fee of the original price.REFERENCE & REQUESTING✦ A clear character reference sheet is required.
✦ Text-only character descriptions are not accepted(I'm bad at it).
✦ You may include pose, expression, and mood references.
✦ Maximum of 2–3 characters per canvas.PRIVACY USE AND COMMERCIAL USE✦ A privacy fee of +40% of the original price applies if the client requests full privacy. This means the artwork will not be posted or used for portfolio or promotion purposes.
✦ Commercial use requires an additional +80% fee of the original price.DELIVERY METHOD✦ The final piece will be sent through Google drive so the quality remains unchanged.USAGE✦ Personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
✦ Credit me properly when posting or using my artwork.
✦ Please do not not claim my artwork as your own.
✦ No AI training, NFT use, tracing or reselling of my artwork.BLACKLIST✦ I reserve the right to refuse or blacklist clients who do not follow my terms (such as chargebacks, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior).
