General Terms✦ Please do not ask for discounts or alternative payment methods.
✦ I currently do not accept rush commissions.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with or unable to complete.
✦ Unless a privacy fee is purchased, I may use the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes.Turnaround Time✦ around 3-5 days up to 1–4 weeks depending on workload and complexity.
✦ Updates will be provided throughout the process. Delays, if any, will be communicated in advance.Activity
✦ I am based in the Philippines (GMT+8), so I may not always be online at the same time as international clients.
✦ Replies may take some time depending on my schedule and time zone differences.

Due to using different banking/payment platforms, I may not always be able to process refunds easily.
✦ Once the sketching or lineart stage has begun, the commission becomes non-refundable.
✦ Please do not issue chargebacks without contacting me first, as this may result in being blacklisted from future commissions or purchases.Revisions✦ Revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage.
✦ Up to 5 free revisions are included.
✦ Additional revisions will cost an extra 5% of the original commission price.References & Requests✦ Clear visual references are required.
✦ No Text-only character descriptions pls..(Im bad at descriptions)
✦ Pose, expression, and mood references are welcome.
✦ Maximum of 2–3 characters per canvas.Privacy & Commercial Use✦ Private commissions require an additional fee of +40% of the original price. This prevents the artwork from being posted or used publicly.
✦ Commercial use requires an additional +80% fee of the original price.Delivery✦ Final files will be delivered through Google Drive to preserve image quality.Usage Rules✦ Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
✦ Proper credit is required when reposting or using the artwork.
✦ Do not claim, trace, edit, resell, or use my artwork for AI training or NFTs.Blacklist Policy✦ I reserve the right to refuse service or blacklist clients who violate these terms through non-payment, chargebacks, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
